A Eucharistic Community Living the Good News Daily

Sacred Heart Parish is a community of faith,

called by God as witnesses to the life, death, and resurrection

of Jesus Christ, the Light of the World (John 9:5).

We are a community of diverse cultures and varied experiences,

Yet we are formed into the One Body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:27).

As salt for the earth and light to the world (Matthew 5:13),

We strive to perfect our love for one another (John 15:12)

by:

·        Gathering in word and sacrament to worship and praise Christ, the Bread of Life (John 6:35)

·        Encouraging our different goals while celebrating the unity we share in the one Lord (John 17:21)

·        Imitating the Lord as Good Samaritans in our care for the sick, the poor and the disadvantaged (Luke 10:30)

·        Teaching the mystery of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:20)
